Returns and Cancellations

Every Anmai design is made with care. Before ordering, please review the product measurements and material information. For personal help with size or fit, contact info@annemariworld.com.

Standard-size designs

Eligible standard-size designs purchased online have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, including designs made on demand after the order is placed.

You may cancel an eligible order before delivery. After delivery, notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order. If the order arrives in several shipments, the period begins when you receive the final item.

Use the “Cancel or return an order” function on your Anmai order page, or send an unambiguous message to info@annemariworld.com. Include your name, order number and the designs concerned. You may also use our Model Withdrawal Form, but this is optional.

After notifying us, send the design back within the following 14 days.

Return shipping and condition

You arrange and pay for the return shipment. Use a traceable service and keep your shipping receipt. Anmai does not charge a return handling or restocking fee.

You may inspect and try on the design as you would in a shop. If handling beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics and fit reduces its value, a deduction corresponding to that loss of value may be made as permitted by law.

Refunds

We refund eligible payments to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned design or proof that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for that order. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded. The cost of sending the design back is not refunded unless the design is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Individually made designs

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to a design made or altered to your individual measurements or otherwise clearly personalised for you. This applies to Noira Dress Gala when it is made through a personal measurement review and individual pattern adaptation, and to separately agreed Atelier commissions.

Choosing a standard size or colour for a standard Anmai design does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal. Your legal rights concerning faulty goods remain unaffected.

Exchanges and faults

If you would like another size, contact info@annemariworld.com before returning the design. An exchange depends on available fabric and atelier capacity. If a direct exchange is unavailable, you may return an eligible design and place a new order.

If a design is faulty, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, contact info@annemariworld.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs. Anmai will provide instructions and cover the necessary return costs for a confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect design. Your statutory rights concerning faults are unaffected.
